Getting started is simple. Submit an inquiry online, give us a call, or send us an email, and our team will reach out to learn more about your practice needs and help you choose the plan that fits you best.To get started, we just require proof of your professional license and liability insurance. In most cases, you can be up and running at CareSpace within a week.

Our team will help you choose the most cost-effective plan based on how often you expect to use CareSpace, the type of space you need, and your current patient volume.As your practice grows and your schedule gets busier, you can easily move into a larger plan. Likewise, if you find that you are not filling your schedule as quickly as anticipated, you can scale your plan back down.We simply ask for at least two weeks’ notice before the start of the following month for any plan changes.

In most cases, you can get started within a week. Once we receive the required documentation, including proof of your professional license and liability insurance, our team can complete your onboarding and get you access to the space.

Depending on your plan, you may have a dedicated room that is yours 24/7, a set recurring schedule (for example, every Friday morning), or the flexibility to reserve rooms as needed.Flex members can book directly through our app, from same-day reservations up to 60 days in advance. Simply choose your location, room, date, and desired time block.Members with a block schedule or dedicated office can also use the app to reserve additional room time as needed, giving you added flexibility when your schedule gets busier.

Yes. Members are welcome to bring the equipment and supplies they need for their practice, provided they are appropriate for the space and comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.We can also provide storage for personal supplies and equipment, so part-time members don’t have to carry everything back and forth each time they come in.If you plan to bring larger equipment or anything requiring special electrical, plumbing, or installation needs, just let our team know beforehand.

Yes. Eligible members can receive business mail at CareSpace. Depending on your membership and location, additional mail services may also be available.
